Electricity is billed directly from Xcel Energy, and gas is billed directly from Centerpoint Energy - both are required to be set up in your name before move in.

Monthly trash, recycling, and water are billed back based on overall use.

Our apartment homes are equipped with Data Stream 100/100 Mbps internet connections for $75/month and can be added to your monthly rent, with faster speeds available for an additional charge. Alternate internet providers are not supported at this time.

Utility Admin Fees:

One-Time Fees

• Application Fee: $45 per adult, due at the time of application

• Admin Fee: $400 per apartment, due at move-in

• Security Deposit: $500 or equivalent to one month or more of market rent, due upon approval

• Renters Insurance is required, up to $300k personal liability

Storage Fees

• Optional on-site storage lockers: $40-$125/month, depending on size

Yes! The Otto is pet-friendly and features a dog run. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed, but no breed or weight restrictions!
